Very pretty. You've inspired me to go ahead and buy a fountain that hubby saw at a store in town that's on clearance!

Last year, we tried to find water plants to go in a small container pond my daughter helped put together, but we didn't find anything specifically for ponds in our area. :( We made due and I found a couple of plants that LOOKED tropical like and used those. lol One of them did really well while another I took out every now and then to dry it out. :)

So how soon can you start planting things in WI? I have no idea about your seasons. Are you planning on keeping a photo journal of the gardens and posting them?

In our zone of WI, we should wait for Mother's Day to plant to be on the safe side. I do plan on keeping a photo journal, so hopefully by summer's end I'll have more to post here. Our seasons are really Winter, Summer, a short Autumn and then back to Winter. Spring is usually cold, wet and windy.
