Kool Aid Playdough

Description:
This home made play dough smells really yummy!

When DS10 was playing with it, he reminded me of the Blog from Gigglesnort Hotel. DH10 loves to make sound effects, voices and other noises when he's in a creative mood.

Ingredients:
2 Cups of water
3 T oil
2 packets of Kool Aid, your choice of flavor/color
1 C salt
2 1/2 C flour

Directions:
Over low heat, mix water, oil and Kool Aid. Stir in the salt and flour and continue to stir over low heat until dough begins to form.

Dump the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

*I've also used a recipe similar to this one where you add a spoonful of cream of tartar as a preservative.

I made playdough *mud* once with coffee, but I've not been able to remake it again. Maybe this will work with coffee, too....huumm.... lol
