Food Diary- Wedneday 5/26/10

Breakfast- bowl of watermelon

Lunch- Burger King Veggie burger and fries- I couldn't finish it all. Shared the fries with DH, threw away 1/4 of the burger

Snack for the commute to work- smoothie w/nonfat yogurt, 1/2 a banana, strawberries, blueberries and almond milk

Supper- after work- the last of the re-fried beans and another fresh batch of homemade salsa on tortillas

Dessert- two Chips AHoy cookies

I went out for dinner last night and when I got home I calculated all the calories I had in that one meal and I was shocked. Won't be doing that for awhile lol.

I think we will all be amazed once the restaurants have to start posting calories and fat content for their menu items. I don't even want to think about it!! I had one of Applebee's 500 calorie meals a week or so ago, though, and it was delicious and filled me up. Dawn - kudos to you for continuing with this food diary. It is a great idea.
