Lunch- egg over easy on whole wheat toast, slice of farmer's cheese
Commuting snack- Dandy blend, almond milk, ice, chocolate syrup
Supper/snack at work- green beans , too busy to finish them
Supper- after work at home- finished up the green beans and a spicy black bean burger
Dessert- light mint cookie ice cream
Reflection- Thursdays are busy days for me so it a challenge to menu plan. Plus, I wasn't feeling very hungry today.

I would think for accountability did this when getting my house in order and doing some FLYLADY - babysteps. It helps
I had mint Oreo cookie ice cream this afternoon, I was bad though because mine wasn't light lol.
We got a seedless watermelon last night and it is in the fridge getting cold. Can't wait to cut into it. I love watermelon. Good for you, too.
I want to connect with my food, be more aware of what I'm eating and why I'm eating it. I'm trying to only eat when I'm hungry, and stop when I'm full. I need to listen to my body, feed it what its truly craving and stop when I'm satisfied.
