Food Diary- Sunday 5/30/10

Breakfast- Kashi Berry Crumble cereal with added frozen blueberries and almond milk- My new favorite hot weather breakfast! Yum!

Lunch- Cookout at G-Ma's- grilled chicken, veggies, bean salad, pasta salad, pineapple

Treats- Multiply this walnut bar photo by 3 - eaten throughout the afternoon/evening

Supper- at home- a few slices of pizza - not sure if I'm really hungry, but feeling "off".

Snacks- cherries- I had some at G-Ma's too not pictured.

Reflection- Overall, there's nutrition throughout the day, but towards the end of the day, my hunger signals were confused.

We're going grocery shopping tonight. I'm gonna have to get some cherries. They look sooo yummy

You know, I was suckered in to buying them when they were not on sale. When they rang up at the register, I felt a little guilty about the expense, but after enjoying them, I no longer feel guilty. They were so good, and I know they were better for me than candy. I can either pay more to eat foods to keep me healthy, or pay more at the doctor/dentist office.
