If I may make a gentle suggestion....please take this in a positive way, I'm not being mean, I promise! ; )

Make a mindful decision to choose the soda. Don't assign it a *good* or *bad* label, it's not evil, simply a source of liquid which your body needs. Think about if you want the soda or not, then choose it if you want to, but don't ascribe any power to it. It's not evil, it's simply one choice out of many.

I couldn't find an article that said exactly what I'm thinking, but these are similar to my thoughts...

Mmmm smoothies are a fave of mine. I have them a lot. I planted spinach for green smoothies. Something is growing in the planter. Hoping it's spinach + not weeds. lol

I had read about the water molecules study before! I found it to be very interesting and I could see the truth in it. We'll have to try the rice experiment. It will be very cool if it works!

I really don't think my Diet Rite is "evil". I was being somewhat sarcastic. I do believe in moderation and the body's ability to cleanse itself if given the chance. I'm trying to listen to my body's cues and eat more consciously rather than on autopilot. Snapping a shot before I eat makes me think about the portion size and reviewing the photos helps me realize how I'm feeding my body throughout the day in relation to how I end up feeling emotionally and physically. Its been a great learning process for me!

Chocolate can be good for you in moderation, even Dr Oz says so. But he did say its the dark chocolate thats good for us not the milk chocolate version and it looks like your mounds bar fits into that catergory.
