Now that I have a few hours of free time, I'm too tired to enjoy it. Do I cat nap and risk it turning into a power nap, or head outside into the sunshine to enjoy the fresh air?

I'm a big believer in 20-30 minute power naps. I would have said set the alarm for a quick rest, then go outside refreshed! :)
