Food Diary- Thursday 5/20/10

Breakfast- cereal & almond milk

Lunch- grilled SW salad at McDonalds

Supper- at work- sandwich - Wasn't very good. :(

snack at home- grahams, peanut butter and nutella

What I've learned- I need to take the time to plan healthy meals I will enjoy eating, no matter how busy I get.

That salad does look good. I make my lunch for the following day in the evening if I need to bring lunch, that way I'm not rushing around in the morning.
