We picked up a laser light on sale for only .33 hoping our kitty Yumi would chase it around for some exercise. So far she's only worked out her neck, preferring to stay put and just watch the red light bounce around. We've also managed to irritate DH, "Would you stop doing that! I'm trying to watch TV."
And terrorize others, "Don't shine that in my eye! You'll blind me!!"
Today we discovered something really cool. You can play with the light in the bathroom with the light off and watch the symmetry in the mirror.
We also experimented with taking photos. Very cool! I really liked this eyeball looking shot.

My cats had the same reaction to the laser light as yours did. My grandsons cats however loved it. I did pay more than .33 for it however. Was glad the other cats enjoyed it so it wasn't a waste.
Very cool!! I bought one at the dollar store for Pepper. She really didn't chase it either, she just made herself dizzy watching it then walked away.
cats definitely love those types of things to keep them entertained. So that pic was taken just from the light?? Awesome
My cat, Zoe, would love that. I don't see Sydney playing much with it.
Oscar, Luc and Tiger all love ours. Max and Miss Pretty Kitty don't care about it (or, in Miss Pretty Kitty's Case, can't see it).
Oscar will chase it down the hall from the living room to the kitchen...it's so funny to watch.
Daddy teases Luc with it by making it go "under" the door, then Luc will sit and wait for it to come back out. lol
LOL! Very cool! I've only had one cat really get into the laser lights. The others have been far too lazy. Ah well. Love the pic!!
