Slice day old French bread into cubes
Toss the cubes with olive oil, lightly coating the bread cubes
Shake seasonings onto the cubes, stirring to coat the cubes
We use Garlic powder, Italian seasons & Parmesan cheese, but feel free to flavor as you wish. We coat our cubes pretty well, shaking lots of spice onto them!
Spread the cubes out evenly on a cookie sheet
Bake the cubes in a 375 degree oven for 10 minutes or until lightly toasted
They taste amazing right out of the oven. Storing airtight they will last weeks in the pantry- if you don't eat them first!

Sounds great!
We used to eat at a restaurant that made their own croutons. They were delicious! When you mentioned your crunchies, it brought back memories!

Hey, they sound good and better than store bought. Thanks, Think I'll do some now. I just happen to have left over French bread. I'll let you know how they turn out..
Think l got too much garlic but they are good and may not make it to the salad for dinner. Thanks for the recipe.
