I know its not considered healthy, but I so need a huge, Diet Coke right now. Why is it I can go a long time soda free but suddenly get that overwhelming urge for carbonated refreshment?

I just can't do carbonated beverages anymore. Give me iced tea or water, and I'm content. Hope you got your "fix"!!

It's your body's way of telling you it's craving something, it's up to you if you give in or not.

Have you ever tried making Kefir? Some say that helps with the craving for soda/pop.

Same here. Can't touch the stuff. Coffee, tea, water for me.
