Food Diary- Wed 4/28/10

Breakfast - almond milk and granola cereal

Lunch - black bean veggie wrap, Diet Rite

Chocolate break - semi-sweet chips

Commute to work - Dandy Blend & almond milk homemade frap, light whipped cream

Supper to eat at work - sweet potato & cream cheese spinach roll up

Night snack - homemade corn muffins, smart balance, OJ w/calcium

I just look forward to these posts now! :) We get Smart Balance always too. I often wonder though, what is your opinion on this... Is it going to be one of those products that years down the line they discover certain ingredients were not good for you (ie cancer causing, etc.) I guess maybe that's a little TOO worried, lol. But, it has crossed my mind. I still buy it though with hopes that it remains a true and tested product. :) Oh wow... sweet potato & cream cheese spinach roll up? That sounds super good!

Moderation in all things- I'm sure it is very possible down the road, someone will declare Smart Balance harmful. Hopefully moderation will be our saving grace. I do believe in the body's ability to heal and cleanse itself if given the possibility.

Yes, that's what I say too. If I try my best, the things that do turn out bad, my body will be able to handle it. If I pile harmful on top of harmful, not worrying about what it could do, my body would go into overload, not being able to work fast enough to get rid of it.

I'm liking the wraps. I found Dandy Blend on Lucky Vitamin. You just gave me some ideas for my pita bread. ;) I'm really craving a Chai Latte about now.
