Breakfast- Didn't eat one. :( Was too busy. I did drink some tea.
Lunch- 1/2 tuna sub on whole wheat, picked beets, diluted lemonade
Pitiful chocolate break- I licked the brownie batter from my Swedish whisk (homeschool posse ate all the brownies and I didn't get one, but that's a good thing.)
Supper- at work- the second 1/2 of my whole wheat tuna sub from lunch, Diet Rite
Snack at 9:30- Cookies and cream ice cream

You did fine! It might not have been the most nutritious in your eyes, but there's a good side to it... you didn't overeat. :) I know a lot of people that have a real bad problem overeating. They eat healthy most of the time, but eat soooo much of it that they are very overweight. So, that's one good way to look at it. :) Hope your day is good!
Mmmm I love tuna subs. Haven't had one in a long time. Great job on not eating the brownies!
They say you should never miss breakfast, most important meal of the day. Oh I love tuna subs, they are my favorite.
