Prune Butter













Prune Butter can be used as a fat substitute when baking. Its easy to make and adds nutrition to your treats!



In a food processor mix a heaping cup of prunes, aka Dried Plums, with 5-6 Tablespoons of water or fruit juice. Process into a paste which can be kept in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks.

I've never heard of prune butter.............they are very good for your digestive system! great idea!
