Experimental brownies, batch #1

I am my mother's daughter. I'm trying to make a guilt free brownie from scratch not a box. This didn't quite make the mark, but they're not inedible. It does have chocolate in it after all. I will say only people who like prunes would like these. Next time I'm trying non-fat yogurt.

Low Fat Experimental Brownies -batch #1

3/4 C of prune butter
1 C sugar
2 eggs
1 T vanilla
12 T of cocoa powder
1 C flour
handful of chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325 F

- Mix the prune butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add cocoa powder and flour and mix until combined. Spray a 13X9 pan with non-stick spray and spread the brownie batter out evenly. Throw a handful of chocolate chips on top because my mom says everything tastes better with candy on top. Bake for 35 minutes.

I'm curious as to how they will turn out with yogurt. Thanks for sharing.

Interesting, I have heard of recipes with prune butter but I never tried baking with it. Looks good though
