Better Rice Krispie Treats With White Chocolate

Description:
The white chocolate really makes these amazingly good.

Ingredients:
3 T butter
10 ounce bag of marshmallows
1/2 C white chocolate chips
1/2 t vanilla extract
5 Cups of Rice Krispie cereal (Not the 6 the recipe on the box says! It makes a difference with the consistency and texture.)

Directions:
Line a 8 x 8 square pan with tin foil and grease or spray the foil with non-stick spray

Melt the butter over low to medium heat in a large pot

Add the marshmallows and white chocolate chips and stir until they are completely melted

Remove from the heat source and stir in the vanilla and Rice Krispie cereal

Pour the cereal mixture into the prepared pan and with wet, but not dripping hands, press the cereal into the pan. I rinse my hands, shaking off the excess, and this way when I press the cereal into the pan, nothing sticks to my hands.
