Snack- chocolate chip cookie from Subway I almost forgot to photograph
Supper at work- 1/2 a black bean, rice & veggie burrito from Qdoba (you'll see the other half photographed for Friday's breakfast :))
Snack at home- mint chip ice cream cone
Thursdays can be busy days, and I end up grabbing take out. I don't like eating at work because I can't relax, focus on what I'm eating and enjoy it. I grab bites between customers.

I love that you get your treats in, too. I can't stop at just one dip of ice cream, or one chocolate chip cookie. You are SO good!

I haven't been able to kick sugar yet. I still want treats. I don't want to feel deprived, so I'm allowing myself treats but trying to keep them balanced with healthier choices. Moderation is my mantra these days, along with trying to find new healthy foods to enjoy as well.
