Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
2 C water
1/4 C salt
2 C pumpkin seeds
-Heat the water and the salt until salt is dissolved.
-Cool and add pumpkin seeds
-Soak overnight
-Drain and pat dry
-Spread on a cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour at 300F
Store in an airtight container and they will last a long time. That is if, you don't eat them all first!

I might have to try this. I have a few pie pumpkins I need to cook up.
I have always soaked my seeds in salt water too before baking them but have never tried the heating the saltwater first - this year I' give it a try - thanks for sharing!

Don't mind at all!! I would love to take credit for this awesome recipe, but I think that I found it online! But it is definitely the BEST pumpkin seed recipe ever!!! Now I have a taste for pumpkin seeds!
