Potatoes are planted. I decided not to build a potato tower but use an existing 4 x 4 bed and add support boards as the plants grow, adding in more soil & compost for more potatoes to grow in. Harvest time, we'll just have to get our hands dirty, but that's part of the fun, right? I wonder how many potatoes we'll end up with.

Keep us posted!! My dad always put potatoes in our garden, which was huge. The crop was always good, and yours will be too.
