It does really work. Yes, you're basically sand papering your skin, but if you don't push too hard, it not only removes hair but exfoliates your skin. I rinsed and moisturized my skin afterward and it felt great. No nicks from razors, no painful waxing or tweezing.
I was afraid my skin would end up all red and swollen but it didn't. I don't know how long the pads will last, but the kit came with several replacements. There's also a travel case so I can bring it to the pool with me in case of "Opps, I missed a spot."
Now I'll be super quick swimming those laps! LOL!

mm interesting
ooo I gotta try it!! Ya think they sell them at all Walgreens??
I have wondered and wondered about this thing - would it work or not?! Thanks for being the test case for us!! I'll have to pop into Walgreens this week and try it out!!
You are now a human product tester for our blogs, LOL
I wondered if those worked. Let us know if the hair grows back slower or the same.
Does it work on the bikini area? If it does, I'm sold!
Wow...if that really works, I'm all for it! lol
Could you use it on faces? I removed my moustache last night, and have a chemical burn in it's place. ANYTHING's gotta be better than this. lol
Paige- Yes, according to Smooth Away, you can use it on your face if you are woman. Men's facial hair probably is too course. I used it on my face several days ago, chin and upper lip. I can't see hairs yet, but I'm starting to feel stubble on my chin. My upper lip is still smooth. I will probably smooth away my chin again. My arms and legs are still hair free and mostly smooth to the touch.
Maija- It does work in the bikini area, only since I'm not a supermodel, I had to hold my skin tight.
Stillybee- When I first looked for it at Walgreens, it was located in the "sold on TV" aisle, only it was always sold out. When I checked last, our Walgreens had upgraded to a full blown end cap display of the product. I'm guessing they are selling tons of them. It ends up being about the same price you'd pay if you ordered mail order since you don't have to pay for shipping and handling by purchasing it at Walgreens.
Don't mind being your product tester! LOL! Just don't ask me to test bungee cord strengths!
I'll have to try it. I currently use the home waxing products.
shoot I was going to go jumping as soon as the snows melted
Thanks for the review. I've been meaning to try this.
I can't wait to try them! Laura
